4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify raya88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. raya88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to promptly notify raya88 of a suspected breach.
4.3 Account Inactivity. raya88 reserves the right to classify Accounts as inactive after a period of 180 days without any login activity. Inactive Accounts may be subject to an administrative fee, and raya88 may close dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 Accepted Methods. raya88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed within your raya88 account dashboard. raya88 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. 13.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, raya88 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
13.3 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting raya88 support. Players exercising self-exclusion will have their Account closed in accordance with the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.
